To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all pups, we have the following requirements: 1. Vaccination Requirements We require a total of four vaccines to be up to date before enrollment: Bordetella Distemper (DHPP) Rabies Influenza (optional but highly reccomended) 2. Basic Obedience To maintain a well-controlled playroom, all pups must have basic obedience training, including: ✔ Sit ✔ Down ✔ Stay We use these commands to redirect unwanted behavior and ensure a safe play environment. 3. Socialization & Behavior Pups must: 🐶 Respect boundaries of other dogs to ensure everyone's safety and comfort. 🐾 Be dog-friendly and human-friendly to participate in group play. 4. Spay/Neuter Policy 🗓️ All FEMALE pups if not altered enter at owners risk of pregnancy and will be the sole responsibility of the FEMALE pup parent and only that parent. 5. Collar & Identification For safety, all pups must wear: A collar or harness with a name tag. This is crucial in case of an emergency where evacuation is necessary. 6. Evaluation & Trial Day 🐕 We test all physical and behavioral requirements during our evaluation on the first day.

Daycare & Boarding Rates We offer flexible and affordable daycare options: Full-Day Daycare – $25 per day (covers up to 12 hours of care). Half-Day Daycare – $20 per day (covers up to 5 hours of care). Overtime & Boarding – If your pup stays beyond 13 hours, the rate will be adjusted to our boarding rate of $35, which covers up to 24 hours. Additional +$5 for dogs 30LBS and up Additional +$5 for dogs under 6 months old 📌 Please plan accordingly to avoid additional charges. 😊

Year-Round Boarding at Urban Pup Club We offer boarding all year round, ensuring your pup is safe, comfortable, and entertained while you're away! What’s Included in Boarding? 🐾 All-day play – Your pup gets to socialize and have fun from open to close. 🍽️ Three mealtimes – Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 😴 Nap time – A designated rest period from 12 PM - 2:30 PM. We do not do pickups or drop-offs during this period. 🎾 Engaging activities – Ball time, pool days, and basic obedience practice throughout the day. Boarding Rates & Check-In/Out $35 per night Additional +$5 for dogs 30LBS and up Additional +$5 for dogs under 6 months old Check-in: Anytime between 6:30 AM - 12 PM or 2:30 PM - 8 PM Check-out: Within 24 hours of check-in Exceeding 24 hours? Additional charges apply: +$20 for up to 5 extra hours +$25 for up to 12 extra hours +$7 to pickup between 8pm to 10pm 💤 Your pup will have a cozy, personal crate overnight with fresh water, a blanket, and lots of love!
